Lack of detail in their ‘detailing’ service.nI expected about 3x the service level, for $150.nnThis was their ‘complete interior’ package.nHard surfaces and cup holders were only given a wipe down or were untouched.nnSeat was partially shampooed, I had to go over it several additional times with upholstery shampoo, the first pass was ‘brown’, pulling out a lot of dirt.nnThe fabric door panels were untouched, I cleaned these myself with several passes of upholstery cleaner.nnI specifically asked that the hatchback carpets be cleaned and shampooed, as this was not done on a previous visit. Same here - just a quick pass with a vacuum, no shampoo, as evidenced by the various spots seen in the pictures. Cleaned them myself with a single pass with upholstery cleaner.

I chose their full service ($30). Matthew was the attendant that worked on my car. In the 70+ years on this earth, I don’t believe that I’ve had a better car wash than I received today. This young man paid attention to every detail of what should be consider for a full service wash. I highly recommend this facility and hope that you’re fortunate enough to have Matthew work on your vehicle.nnOn a side note, I was so impressed with Matthew’s work, I tipped him $20.

Workers inside did not wear a mask during the pandemic and came up to speak to me without them. I paid $200 for car detailing and highly recommend going somewhere else that will be the same price but better quality. Contacted their customer service via email to follow up on remedying the poor service with no response. Won’t be going back unless it’s for basic car wash.

I brought my Acura in and these guys did a killer job, I mean ridiculously good. The managers were very helpful and teddy did an outstanding job explaining how he got my pet Chameleon’s peepee and poo stains out of my seats. I’d recommend this place to anyone (especially when your pets leave you presents lol) definitely coming back!!

I took my VERY dirty car in last week. I'm an owner of a Great Pyrenees so, between the slobber, fur, and mud, my car has seen some messes. Got their top wash and an interior detail. Car was beautiful, clean, and (most importantly) HAIR-LESS. Their gift shop is also really cute (and BIG - AKA good time killer) and you can enjoy a coffee while you wait. Will be going back again.
