Mr. Williams was very responsive from the time I called all the way til he completed the service and left. I could tell he was very experienced and an expert in his field from our very first conversation.nnMy kitchen sink was leaking water due to my sprayer being disconnected (and very old). Mr Williams kept me updated with his ETA. He alerted me when he was on his way. He and his son Derek arrived, promptly assessed the situation and suggested a resolution. He even FaceTimed me from the store so I could pick out my own new faucet. They did an excellent job and were done very quickly. His pricing was very fair and invoicing very sophisticated.nBoth he and his son were very personable and professional. Overall, I was very impressed with his service and will definitely use his company in the future as well as refer him to family and friends.

Charles has always been there for me over the years. Has the experience and knowledge to handle any job. I recommend going to him first or else you are going to pay someone else a trip charge (diagnostic fee) to tell you they can't handle the job.
