Dave came out very quickly with short notice. He knew exactly what he needed to do to fix a leaky shut off valve under the sink for the dishwasher. He was able to make the needed changes and explained everything he was doing. He was knowledgeable and personable. Price was reasonable for the services we needed. Thanks Dave!

Super Fast, here in under an hour. Couldn't give ballpark estimate over phone to do simple snake of kitchen drain. Quoted $389 to snake a drain that had easy access and likely would have taken 15 minutes and no parts. I'll keep looking. Had a coupon online for $75 off that might have worked but didn't get that far. Wished them a good day. Maybe that is what things cost now?

Jamie came on time and analyzed the problem. He then explained to me what was needed to be done. He priced the parts and labor, then offered an estimate to replace cutoff connection and rebuild toilet innards. I accepted the offer. Jamie was quick and thorough and then demonstrated the effectiveness of his rebuild, explained the guarantee and asked if I was satisfied with the repair. Contacted Roto Rooter after another company was a no show to fix a leak in a difficult spot. Easy to schedule an appointment on their website. The technician, Dave, was on time, courteous, and honest about the job that needed done and offered to complete it same day. He didn’t take long to finish the job and the price was less than he had estimated. Would definitely recommend.

I had the advertised $75 off coupon for clearing a drain. So I noticed that our down-spouts were having some reduced drainage on a rainy day the end of November. I called and asked about the snaking of the downspout. They did this service and told me they think this should be video scoped. I told them I didn't want this at this time. The plumbing technician told me I had to do this as this was combined with my snaking. I was charged > $500 dollars before the $75 dollar coupon.nnI called the manager immediately after the plumbing technician left and complained regarding feeling pressured into a combined service I didn't need. He apologized and said he would issue a refund and I should have this in 10 days.nnI called after 2 weeks, and was told it would be processed and I should see in in the mail.nnNow 1 month following the service I have to call 2 more times to get an update. Was told this was being processed today and should get next week.nnSo a couple of things, poor communication and sales. Also, price of originally services I feel is overpriced without a coupon. $500 dollars for snaking 1 drain and video scope I feel is too much. Also when doing the service, he had myself and my husband assist him. Which to me is extremely unprofessional for the degree in which the service cost. Then after being told I would receive a refund in 10 days, which turns to > 30 days is unacceptable.nnI personally, would not recommend and I will never use this company for other plumbing services.
