Never gets car clean. No matter how much you spend. The best wash leaves dirt. Lots of dirt. Ran car through best wash again, still dirty,!!. Waste of money. And time.
I went this past week to get my car washed. not only did the car wash break down mid wash (trapping my car in the machine for 20 minutes), but when the guy came to let me out, he was very degrading and accused me of doing something to cause the machine to stop. He then, very slowly and in a VERY rudely, walked me through how to get a car wash in the future to not have it happen again (again, as if I had caused this to happen to begin with). By the time I left, 30+ minutes later with my two screaming children, my blood was boiling. I will not be returning to this car wash and based on the other reviews, wish I never would have gone to begin with.
I rated Ken's Car Wash a one star only because there was nothing lower. This company is totally clueless when it comes to customer service. My mirror was snapped off in the car wash (yes I know they have warning signs but I'd gone through countless of other car washes with no problem). When I contacted the company, they blatantly lied to me by saying they'd look at the videos and assess whether or not the damage was done at the car wash. Their policy is what it is - any damage caused by their car wash is not their problem.
Washes my truck really good,love how it sprays underneath to get salt off.
NOT open 24/7. Here at 9:15 am on Sunday and it's closed.
