Encountered three staff members, 2 of which were at the checkout desk upon entering the store, no customers, no acknowledgement. One which helped at the UPS desk. In reading the other reviews about the employees I am surprised. The employee who took the package just held his hand out to grab it. No greeting, no how can I help you. I said thank you to him when he was finished and handed the receipt to me, he had no response. Very strange experience. Wont return.
Thoughtful, knowledgeable people. Great selection. Good place.
Great staff. I primarily go for BBQ supplies as they carry the charcoal brand I use. I've been to other Ace store and they do not hold a candle to Wilmington's. Jim runs the place well, its clean and tidy. I appreciate it.
