We were very pleased with the service we received. Blair was very friendly and explained everything he was doing. We could see the difference in our carpet with every move he made. Could not be happier with the service, price, or the people. Would highly recommend and we will definitely use them again when the need arises.
Good job cleaning but I had to provide tools they didn't have in truck to hook up water to laundry spicket
They did not show up for scheduled appointment. My husband and I moved furniture and prepared the rooms that were going to be cleaned. When they did not show up we received no phone calls whatsoever. We left two messages and receive no responses to those messages. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I do not recommend this company.
I have been dealing with Stanley Steemer for several years. Yesterday Steve cleaned the carpet. He showed up when I was told he would be there. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend when you call for an appointment, make it with Steve. I know I will.
Got three bedrooms and hallway plus steps cleaned. Agent showed up on time and results looked good.
