A couple weeks ago, I walked in and asked if they could clean a friend’s suit that I had accidentally vomited on 😬 The person who worked there gave me clear pricing and he was even able to rush the order and get it done by the following afternoon! When a place has great customer service and follows through on pricing and timing expectations, you can 100% believe that I will come back to use their services again in the future! Plus, the suit looked BRAND NEW when I picked it up. So glad that I found A&P on Google!

Arrived during business hours, the door was locked, and the employee inside "shooed" me away. Obviously the business was not wanted. I tried calling, also during business hours, and got voice mail and no return call. Not the greatest customer service experience.
