Have been waiting for 3 weeks for business to reopen so as to allow me to retrieve my dry cleaning!!!
WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! I should have listened to the past reviews that it would be nearly impossible to get my clothes back, but I gave them another try after being a long-time customer. I made sure to verify their shortened hours before dropping off since their recent employee had some health issues and they were short-staffed. They GUARANTEED pickup hours. I had to go by 5 separate times, during all hours trying to get my clothes back. No one was ever there during posted hours. The other location gave me a manager's number who quit a year ago. When I FINALLY got a hold of manager I had to wait at this location for an HOUR for them to show up to get my clothes back. No apology, no refund, just an extremely rude man who acted as if I had done something wrong by trying to get my clothes back from them, never mind the time and money I wasted. Spare yourselves the trouble and go to any other dry cleaner. If you can't staff your business, don't take new customer's clothes, and don't guarantee pick up hours you know you won't honor.

Lowest shirt laundry fees in town, and that's why I go there. Be ready to pay first for the lower fee.
I have gone during advertised business hours 5 times and no one is working so I have been unable to pick up my clothes. So frustrated! I won’t come back...once I finally get my clothes back!
