I don't often dry clean things but I had a wool jacket that needed cleaning. I basically picked Pride Cleaners because they were close to where I was. I was pleasantly surprised by their friendliness, timely turnaround, and quality of service. After seeing some not-so-great/terrible reviews for other cleaners, I will definitely always go back to Pride Cleaners, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. The business was sold this week and the new owner is awful!!! I left my dress to be cleaned for more than 3 weeks and went in 7 different times to pick it up. It was never ready and there was zero communication. It would have been nice to get a phone call letting me know it was not ready yet. I got frustrated it was not ready. So then the owner continually screamed the F word at me and refused to give me a full refund. I am beyond upset and disgusted with this experience!! I will never go there again!

Another 3rd party review of "H" I was also there at the store at the time "H" was screaming the F word like a lunatic! I could not be live that anyone would be that way in public! I just stood there in shock at her behavior. She wanted a full refund because the box would not seal around her wedding dress. The problem was that the dress was too big for the Box. She wanted a full refund because of that. The manager offered a $30 refund, but she would not have it! She walked out screaming "I'M GOING TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW!!!" What has this world come to? I felt bad for the people who had to deal with her. They have been nothing but nice and respectful to me. What goes around comes around I guess.😉

They’re always super nice and everything comes out great. Much cheaper than the red hanger with better service.

A 3rd party view of “H” review. - I was at the shop when this lady lost her mind!! No adult acts the way she did - even “if” you aren’t happy. SHE is the one that screamed the F word at the manager! I was completely taken back by her. Apparently the box she wanted her dress sealed in had the top cover (see through plastic) messed up. THAT WAS HONESTLY THE PROBLEM!! Nothing was wrong with her dress - I saw it! She was SCREAMING at this older guy (the manager), and this younger hispanic lady like a lunatic. She wasn’t willing to take a refund of $30 (for the box) - she wanted her dress cleaned and preserved for free. It was obvious. I feel for the manager dealing with idiots like her. Unbelievable!! They did great with my shirts. lol
