Called them on a referral. First of all they were right on time! We did a walk through going over everything. They were very fast and efficient. Most of all my carpets looked brand new!!!!! Patrick was so friendly. I will be having them come every year from now on!
Carpets are a gross thing, really. However, if you have them these are the people to call to have them cleaned properly. If you're a landlord or own commercial property and don't want to keep replacing carpet, get them cleaned the right way!
I was out of town for 2 weeks and my dog sitter didn't let my poor dog out enough so he went in the house quite a few times. It was bad. I had another carpet cleaning company come twice and it didn't even make a dent. My mother-in-law has used Patrick for years and said that he always does an amazing job so I called and scheduled an appointment. Patrick was very nice, he thoroughly inspected our rooms and let me use his special glasses and light to see where the accidents happened and where he would be treating. Luckily, he was able to get the smell out and I am so grateful! The only reason I am giving him 4 stars instead of 5 is because I was told that his partner would come clean my carpets the next week and never heard from him. I had to call Patrick multiple times just to get them to come back and actually clean the carpet. That being said I will probably never use another carpet cleaner, especially for animal issues, because I know that Patrick will fix it! Thank you!
