This car wash facility is very new and the model is new! Everything is automatic self-service. When you drive into the car, you need swipe your credit card and drive the car to the car washing track. After washing, drive to the place in the car and clean the car with a vacuum cleaner. Here are 5 The vacuum cleaner in the parking space is convenient and quick to use! If it's just outside the car wash, it is definitely a very good choice! Their prices are cheaper than other places. But for lazy people like me, I hope they will clean the inside and outside of my car. It’s not very convenient for like me people. But I will be back here!!!
As I went thru the wash I noticed the lack of soap, after I got home I realized my car was still dirty. It’s a shame as the free vacuums work great.nI will not be going a back as the wash is what it’s all about.nUpdate: This is now a 5 star review, I was contacted by the owner and very impressed with her concerns for customer service. It was explained that there was an issue with the machines the day I was there and I was invited back for a free redo. It was great my car came out spotless! Used the great free vacuums again and was very happy. I will be buying an unlimited plan on my next visit. Give Mr spiffy a try you will not be disappointed
Great customer service! Being 8 months pregnant I’ve been running out of things to do with my young highly active german shepherd. So I try and take her for car rides to get her out and stimulate her mind. The guy there saw I was pregnant and I told him that I was just taking my dog out to try something different (she loved it by the way) and he didn’t charge me at all. Super sweet. I will definitely be going back!
Management here could be so much better. But when I called and spoke with the owners wife in regards to the issue she was very apologetic and kept assuring me that’s not how they’re wash is ran and assured me that the issue I had was going to be handled accordingly. She also understood my frustration and not once did she get upset over the fact of me being frustrated. A+ to the owners here for knowing the TRUE meaning of customer service and being professional
Take it from somebody who is very meticulous with their vehicles. I am careful with where I go and who touches my car. I heard of this place through a friend who lives in the area and he said good things. I checked the reviews, looked at their car wash menu board, and drove by to check it out and see how the wash operates. I was happy with what I saw so I decided to try it. I am thoroughly impressed with this place. The wash went well, and then the vacuum area is a do it yourself that has easy access on either side of your vehicle. There are a good amount of spaces for that as well. The crew seems meticulous, I knew to powerfold my F150 limited mirrors in before they told me to but they reminded me to do it. They have attention to detail which resulted in this positive experience for me. This is my new go-to off season car wash, since I normally do it myself in the spring and summer. I have an entire setup for myself. But if you’re looking for an off-season, even an all around season SOLID, good car wash and you’re okay with doing your own interior, then try this spot.
