Saratoga Casino Hotel

Very nice casino, it is always very clean, and the staff are very friendly. They do not offer live table games, only digital ones. The nightclub is great; went there for Halloween. The only reason I have given them four stars out of five is due to the small size of the casino. Although this casino is not my favorite, mostly due to its size, I would definitely still recommend this place to anyone.

I always enjoy going to the casino, I go for fun you can win or loose but play smart and it’s always a good time. They have recently renovated and really changed it up and it looks nice. The security guards are the friendliest of the staff. The only thing is they I wish they did differently would be to pay you out at the machines when you win a jackpot. They give you a ticket and you have to bring it to the cashier. Not complaining about the jackpot wins though:)

We stayed at the hotel to celebrate a special occasion. I ordered a cheese platter and strawberries to be in the room upon arrival. This was not done. When asked about it they said the house keeping staff must have taken them. Did not offer to replace them. Wanted to give me a credit at the steak house only good for my stay. I had reservation for another restaurant. The room was nice but had carved on furniture that I got splinters from . No light bulbs in the bedside lamp. Saratoga hotel great way to ruin a special occasion.

Always great room and front desk. Was really upset when I ordered takeout from the steakhouse expecting the $20 special and I ended up paying over $50. When I was ready to eat it, I was shocked with how small the piece of steak was. And along with the disappointment of dinner, I was awoken with the fire alarm going off. This was the 3rd time that has happened to me. As far as the restaurant in the casino, the meat that is sliced individually as requested, that meat is very dry. When I mentioned that to a chef, they just looked at me and said nothing.nCasino is torn apart now, but it was not over crowded, and all restaurants were open. I hope I will be able to get perks like I use to, discount on hotel and food. I am sure they will try, but right now there are 3 people in Saratoga that have reported the new strain of the virus.nThe casino scans you when you come in so they have a record who are there and for tracing.nOf course no valets, you have to park yourself.

The room was spacious, clean and sound proof to a good extent. Check in was easy and courteous, my only concern was the end of our trip when as we were leaving (on a previously requested and approved late checkout) the housekeeping service knocked rudely and then spoke in an ever more direct manner about how we should head downstairs and make sure they had a time stamp for when we would leave. This was a bit off putting considering this was our second visit to their hotel and casino.
