Uhhhh, not quite sure WHAT to say about, or how to rate these guys.n4 Stars doesn't do them justice; five would just embarrass them.nTo be honest, I don't think they need any reviews. They have pretty much always been right there, in a converted ranch-style house near beautiful downtown Wilmington, NY.nSmall engines are their thing --- their specialty --- and they also sell (or can order) stuff like chainsaws, mowers, small tractors, etc., should you so wish.nThey may come off as a little gruff, but don't let that fool you. They know their stuff, and I don't utilize their services to get smiled at and lied to. They'll tell you what you need to hear, and they'll fix or maintain some item(s) right the first time.

Worst experience ever. Dropped my saw off to be repaired, guy told me 2 weeks. 5 weeks later still no saw. Picked it up this morning and taking it to dragoons farm equipment in mooers. Guys , don't bother with this place.
Experience in small engine repair willing to work with the customer when they make a promise they follow through, they know their product and they're reliable. Honest and well educated in small engine repair. Only place I'll take my saw. Appreciate all they do to make my experience there a good one.
Nicely well stocked store with fair prices. They are friendly and provide excellent customer service. There turn around time on servicing chainsaws is awesome!
