Beautiful new Station in downtown town Buffalo

Rude staff (his name is keith). I asked him 2 questions and he answered so passive aggressively. I'm going to write a more thru report on that little man.

Buffalo’s Amtrak Station? Where could I begin?nnI’ve seen a bunch of bad Amtrak stations myself. But this one. UGH! Pick a struggle! What makes it more embarrassing is that this station is almost WORSE, than stations like Denmark in South Carolina and THIS station is in Buffalo! Not only that but the station is frigid cold. I could imagine suffering from hypothermia in that cramped space. Plus if you want to do long distance traveling via Buffalo, I’d not recommend doing it! Just go Penn Station! The station also has one of the worst parking lots. Everything is just old and sad. Do not come to this station. Just go to Penn like I said earlier.

I am appreciative of the location but wish there was more to it.nnI hate greyhound, so if I'm going anywhere that's not long enough for a plane ride, I'm catching the Amtrak. The train is very spacious and their outlets usually work. I also appreciate that they can scan my ticket on my phone rather than printing it out. The ppl on the trains are nice and willing to answer questions.nnBut this location is lacking. There are bathrooms, 1 vending machine for snacks, and 1 vending machine for drinks. You'll be lucky if someone is actually at the booth. The hours are not consistent with the train schedules so you are lucky if the inside is open. Which is horrible, especially due to the location of the station and the fact that Buffalo is usually cold. I don't understand why they arent open 24hrs. Or at least during the hours of departure and arrival.
