I would recommend this company to any one who wants the best for there money. The job was scheduled for a certain date and it was finished exactly the time they said it would be done. from start to finish I was well informed what to expect and my questions were answered above and beyond my expectation. The work they did was done neatly and very professionally and when they were done they cleaned and swept making it look like they were never there. this is a top notch company with competitive prices. I gave them 5 stars because they deserve it

I could not recommend this company more! I live in Melrose and Jeff and his team installed a brand new boiler in our home. They did an incredible job. Like other reviewers say, if you want something done the right way, you should work with them. Beyond the original installation, whenever I have a concern or question (leaking radiator!) they come out immediately to help ensure everything is working properly.

Jeff and his team executed our conversion from oil to propane seamlessly. They converted our old Burnham burner to a high efficiency Navien system. Jeff coordinated everything - from the removal of the old oil tank to securing the permits and inspections needed. Jeff and his team were considerate, caring and committed to getting the project done in a timely fashion so our family was not without heat or hot water. When Eastern Oil and Propane came to perform a safety check, Chuck, the technician, expressed his open admiration for a beautiful job. He complimented the copper piping and excellent craftsmanship!

the father-son team came out at 5:30 since they were at another job when I called and they mentioned that they couldn't do it earlier, moreover, I never heard them mentioned that it's after hours for them so the charge would be impacted. It would be good if these conditions are specified upfront.
