Southern Junction serves up a very tasty Texas barbecue Indian fusion. We got smoked turkey, jalapeño mac & cheese, cornbread, and bourbon pecan pie for Christmas dinner. Someone inhaled the mac & cheese. The cornbread lasted a couple of days it was great with that morning cup of coffee. There was a little bit of turkey left which I ended up making for lunch. This is one of those places where you’ve got to order early in the week because once it’s gone it’s gone, but it’s more than worth the extra effort.
High quality cuts. Generous portions. Friendly staff. Tasty BBQ sauce. Overall very impressed with the food & experience and would highly recomemend to anyone wanting good food/BBQ!
Can I give 10 stars?! It is SOOOOO good! Woke up dreaming about the dinner we had last night... and yes, I had some of the leftovers for breakfast, I couldn't help it. The pulled pork, brisket and corn bread were all very tasty. (We bought a couple of fresh Constanzo's rolls and fancy pickles separately to go with it.) I'm not a baked bean person but my family loved them too.
