Watch out when you fill your propane tank. The kid there has NO IDEA how to read the date on the tank. He said my tank was out of date when I know it was a couple of years old. They must push everyone to make a sale for a new tank. Go to O'Connor hardware they will show you the date on it. He just said OUT OF DATE.

Great propane price & employees are always super friendly & helpful. I make the drive up from Somerville just to shop here. 1000x better than Home Depot or Lowe’s.

I used to come here with my dad when I 7 years old, flash forward 20 years , was still going here for a while but will now be bringing my business unfortunately to Home Depot. I was born and raised in the area and even live within walking distance of reading lumber but their service has become so bad. I’ll go to Home Depot and get similar service and save a few bucks. I want to support the local guy but they give me no reason to. I called ahead for what I wanted, they said they had it, they didn’t. I was going to buy something else instead even though it was severely damaged and they weren’t offering a discount for that, but got fed up after the help was standing in a circle of three of them talking about when baseball might start up again. You want to kill a business? Leave it completely run by minors who don’t care if you do well. Bye reading lumber.

I’ve been a long time customer and have always had a great experience at your store. Today I went during lunch to pick up rock salt. While I was there I was horrified. I heard who I assume was the store manager yelling and berating one of the nicest sales people I have dealt with. Apparently she was so humiliated she quit right then and there. Unfortunately, I have to rethink visiting your store in the future.

Get my wood pellets there every year. Prices are competitive and they load it on my truck.
