Terrible customer service! They mail out coupons only to say they cannot be used. First the excuse was the discount is only for lunch orders. Then they said it is expired. There are no terms and conditions or expiration date listed on the coupon. When I went to pick up a takeout order I looked in the bag and there was only one small container even though I had ordered 3 entrees. The gentleman gave me the wrong order and didn't even apologize. They don't care whether the customer is happy or not. Never coming back; sticking with oak tree road.

Lunch , Dinner, take out or small party with few colleagues ,I prefer going to this place all the times .Great food great services can’t wait to visit again, I recommend this restaurant I love their new appetizers like shrimp fry amazing #SK

We enjoy bringing our family here to have lunch or dinner. They are very friendly people and greet us everytime we go. We are treated very well. We enjoy the food very much, especially the biryani!

I have no issues with the food but the customer service is terrible. We ordered through Doordash and the order was confirmed but also ready for pick up. We drove twenty minutes to come pick it up only to find the restaurant closed. The lights were turned off and there was no one inside. They were supposed to be open till 10:30 we had reached there by 10pm. We got a text message a few minutes later stating that our order had been cancelled. If our order had been cancelled from the start that would have been fine but we not only wasted our time but also gas. It’s not only annoying but it’s unprofessional.

Coming from a valued customer. I’ve been ordering for over a year now. You make the BEST biryani in the area.
