An okay Taco Bell. When it was open inside it was sometimes clean sometimes not. The accuracy of order taking is decent but not spectacular. The drive through line ranges from slow to painful.nnThe best part of this location is definitely the people are nicer than typical for a fast food place. Parking can be difficult at times if the drive through line backs up into the parking lot.nnCertainly not a terrible place. Just... okay.

Nobody was rude or anything but I asked for fire sauce with my food. I didn't get any so I just reminded him. (Curly haired kid in glasses). He gave me a bag full of fire sauce. Literally full. Like over 100 easy. 2-3lbs probably. I said hey buddy whats up with this? He said... oh we just wanted to make sure you were all set since we forgot before... yea ok. Makes me wonder how else they mess with the food.

Worst Tacobell around serious! I barely go there but I was in the mood for it. If you order a soft taco don’t they put old lettuce on it and they throw the cheese in one spot. If you pay extra for sour cream and tomato’s explain you want it spread out if not you will then have another 2 spots one of sour cream then some tomatoes and the rest in the bag from the taco not being wrapped correct!

This is the second time I visited the Taco Bell in Matamoras and my order was wrong. I understand the pandemic, but is there anReason you ask for a sauce and not get what you ask for, you ask for an item and get something you throw out.nWhere’s your manager
