Not bad, but sadly, the roll is the worst part. When you are competing with Subway, WaWa, and QuickChek, at a premium price, the rolls have to be on par. While the sandwich ingredients are among the best of the four, but not necessarily superior, the rolls are the worst of the four, sorry.nToday's promotion was to be applauded, however, long lines, crashing order systems (phone, web, etc...), and angry customers, make it clear that not enough thought was put into these unintended consequences. Even Uber Eats drivers were stacked up outside the store.nI tried to order ahead for takeout a full 40 minutes before arriving, and continuously on my drive to the store, to no avail. Waited 30 minutes in line to place my order in person, and roughly 15 minutes till I received my order. Total time from home to home, only to pickup a sandwich, 1hour 30minutes.nNext time, avoid the one day splash promotion that your stores and workers cannot handle.

Busy. Polite. Good place for a vegetarian. Not much meat on the sandwich

Used to really like mikes.... today was very disappointing. Almost no meat or cheese. Was like a bread,mayo and lettuce sandwich. Lots of places nearby making much better subs. Time to move on maybe.

They made us sandwiches without any veggies and lettuce as per described on the menu. When I brought it to the manager, she was not courteous enough to apologize and wouldn’t give us any refund. I threw more than half of my sandwich and they wouldn’t even make another one for us. Save your money and go to Panera next to that store, can assure you way better experience.

The food wasn't too bad but they got my entire order wrong. I ordered a roast beef and provolone with onions and mayo on wheat and wound up with a roast beef l and Swiss with oil and vinegar no onions and white bread. I'd say it was an off day but this has happened a few times from here.
