I have been using Bigelow Oil and Energy for the past three years. They have always been extremely courteous and helpful. When I was having trouble keeping up with my invoices... they worked with me.. to make sure I always had oil, in spite of a large unpaid balance. This was very thoughtful of them. I will always appreciate their understanding. They are punctual, always keep my tank full and always ready to speak and discuss any concerns or answer any questions. I highly recommend their services to anyone in the area.

I have to say of all the years and many different oil companies this one by far has been the BEST! They are so reasonable and when ever I need something they are there so quickly and do an exceptional job. I will never ever use another oil company but this one. Remarkable customer service and just wonderful people to deal with. Keep up the good work! I just want the world to know how much this company is appreciated. Team Bigelow!

Wonderful company I have been with them for years and will not consider changing to another. The customer service is fast efficient and courteous. The service department is skillful and gets to the root cause of issues to solve them rapidly and the service calls are reasonable considering other companies. They are wonderful at getting my equipment ready for the heating or cooling season so that my tenants are guaranteed a comfortable home temperature no matter the weather.

We have been with Bigelow Oil for over 25 years. When we need oil, we call their Customer Service who are very courteous. Since we bought our house, we have also used their annual maintenance contract for us and for our tenants. Whenever there is a problem with either unit [which have been very few] they are prompt to service us. The technicians are knowledgeable and answer any questions we may have. I highly recommend Bigelow Oil for quality service. We have been with them since 1994, so have had a chance to know the quality of the company well. ..

We have done business with Bigelow Oil and Energy for more than 25 years. We could not be more satisfied with the many services Bigelow has provided us over the years. We have found everyone, from office staff to their technicians, to be professional and expert at what they do. Bigelow delivers our oil, provides emergency service and maintains our furnace and central air conditioning equipment; in fact, Bigelow installed both systems. In short, we trust Bigelow and enjoy doing business with them.
