great modern art. Both buildings designed by world-class architects.
Great but can be very confusing and slow for some.
Strangest and most awkward experience I have ever had at a museum. The moment my friend and I got downstairs, we were being started at by the student workers (I assume that's who it was with it being on a university). We were told we could not point at the art work. I can understand no touching but pointing? My friend was trying to point something out for me to see in the piece of art and he got told not to. After that moment, an older gentleman and the girl who told us not to point, followed us around and stared at us the entire visit. Every turn we made, one of them would be right there making sure they could see us. They never once stopped staring, even as a glanced at them with a puzzled look. It was so awkward and strange to be stared at like that as if we were doing something wrong. I felt like we were not welcome there! The museum was small but had beautiful and interesting exhibits. I will never go back though.
Great museum, great collection, beautiful location, fantastic staff! Definitely worth visiting.
It was much smaller than I expected but the art was memorable.
