I ordered a pizza with vegan cheese that was loaded up with toppings, so it was tough to see the bottom layer (cheese). When I got home, I realized that they used regular cheese. I called them and said they would issue a refund, which they never did. I would strongly discourage anyone who doesn't eat dairy or is vegan from ordering food from here. They clearly haven't trained their staff to be at all careful in preparation of those items, and their customer service was non-existent for me. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Very well kept and welcoming restaurant. They serve large portions and for affordable rates. I loved the meals a lot and the waiters were super attentive and explanatory. Highly recommended.

We placed an order for pick up, were told it would be ready in 20 minutes, got there after 30 minutes but still had to wait for half an hour at the store. After all that we got the wrong pizza and it didn't even taste nice. Boston has many nice pizza shops -- suggest going to one of those instead.

The order system is terrible. From their google biz page ‘pickup ‘ routes me to post mates. You select a pizza shown in whole, but if you don’t upsize it to full size crust you get half. Also you are paying the price of a full for just a half when you order here. It’s more expensive than on the in store menu because you get routed to postmates. The pizza is good but not worth the tiny portions. I told the staff I wanted 4 cheese pizzas not 4 half pizzas at the same price. Told too bad online is more. Really? I didn’t want delivery so why did they route me to postmates?
