Been coming here for almost 20 years. Never had a bad experience. Great food, great service and the prices are reasonable. One thing I noticed over the years is that the Linda's Fudge Cake slices have gotten smaller, though the price has remained the same or has gone up. Very disappointing.

My family and I love the Cheesecake Factory and its always our first resort for dinner. We are loyal customers who spend very high amounts of money at specifically the chestnut hill location. The food is always great and customer service is on point. However, we are fasting during this years only month of holy Ramadan.nLast night due to certain complications, we unfortunately had no time to make dinner within the hour of breaking our fast. I ordered 2 plates of grilled salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli along side with one order of a Cesar salad. My god let me tell you the food quality was very bad and there’s a very very huge difference with in store customers and online customers orders. I found it so ridiculous and unbelievable that these plates came from my favorite restaurant. The salmon was good per usual but slightly cold. The mashed potatoes were definitely cold and the broccolis were all mainly stem. The salad was very under portioned as well. I just hope this was an accidental mistake and no other customers that order online receive this food quality because it’s extremely disappointing. I spent about $80 to get 3 dissatisfying plates. I want to know what I can do and who to talk to about receiving some sort of compensation because this location would sadly be in jeopardy of losing great consistent customers.

The thai chicken lettuce wraps and dynamite shrimp are excellent. Great and cheerful service.

AWFUL, I've never had meatloaf so dry, hard & burnt. Everything was hard & room temperature. The food was definitely sitting under a heat lamp for quite some time & no amount of stiff cold gravy is going help the sad meatloaf or potatoes. So Disappointing
