Appreciated the site though it was not the structure present for the battle. More interpretation and better care of surrounding grounds would be helpful.
Too bad it was closed due to Covid19. Another time...
Will, the historian at the museum, was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable in talking about the objects in the house and the history of the battles.
Great spot to visit and get a small tour. The ranger was great with my kids and explaining the things they were looking at. I love when volunteers and workers make history cool for kiddos.
Fantastic and extremely knowledgeable docent. Wonderful learning experience regarding actual Revolutionary War events and historical context. Highly recommended.
