Mickey: The True Original Exhibition place

Excellent exhibit. Wish it was around longer than the short run it had. Was a lot of fun. Got great pictures! Made me want to take another trip to Disney parks....

We LOVED this exhibit! Each room tells a different story. My daughter loved finding the hidden mickeys it was so much fun! And let me tell you something about the staff... they’re AMAZING! they took most of my pictures without me even having to ask this place deserves a 20 out of 10 just because of how nice and helpful the staff is! Thank you so much for making our experience even better you guys ROCK!!

I visited in November for my birthday. The exhibit was fabulous and a wonderful experience. Inviting artists to share their interpretations and the influence of Mickey and Disney on their lives was genius. The history and memorabilia was fun and interesting and I loved seeing the film and animation clips. My favorite room was The Sorcerer's Apprentice section. Seeing different perspectives made me look at Mickey in new ways. I have seen bad reviews and comments about the price and the exhibit. Honestly, I thought the price was a little high but then again, I live in New York. Life is expensive. Once I was through the exhibit, I felt the ticket price was pretty much warranted. I also received four Mickey prints free of charge in the pop up shop because I purchased tickets with my Disney Visa (that information was on the site when I purchased the tickets). I am sorry to see the exhibit close and I hope to see more Disney exhibits like this. Thank you so much :)

So much fun! Tickets are a little expensive and we would up missing one room but couldn't go back, so I would definitely suggest using the map they give you at the beginning as you go through to make sure you didn't miss anything. Make sure your phone is fully charged for pictures, and the cast members are super helpful and willing to take photos of your group for you as well. Apparently there is a bathroom in the exhibit but again, you can't go back once you exit, so don't wait until the end! If you're a big Disney fan, this is a must-do.

It is a informative and interesting look into Mickey Mouse. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Conner really made his section entertaining. All the Mickey memorabilia was so neat to look at. Along with the beginnings of the Mouse himself to the new pop culture art work.
