Ashima is the best! We needed to sell our condo quickly despite the fact that it was looking rundown and in need of some TLC. We decided to reach out to Ashima, who has been our friend and musical collaborator for more than 15 years, and who knew our apartment well, for some advice. After consulting with her, we knew that she was the right person to get our place sold. Throughout the whole process, we had numerous conversations about every aspect of our situation, and Ashima was highly attentive to all our concerns and questions. She patiently walked us through listings of comparable properties to help us determine a price. Ashima was consistently positive, optimistic, and reassuring. She worked tirelessly and efficiently to get our apartment ready in every detail. With the help of a terrific painter and stager, in a matter of a few weeks the apartment was transformed. The very first day our condo was listed, we got an offer at asking price! We could not have done it without Ashima! She is truly wonderful, and we can’t recommend her highly enough!

Ashima is the BEST!!! My husband and I were looking for our first home and Ashima guided us through the entire process. While I'm sure she had many clients, she always somehow made us feel like we were her top priority. She was literally just a text, phone call or email away. We were shopping in a time where the market was really tough in terms of finding a home in our price range, but Ashima worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home that fit in our budget and our needs and she did it quickly!  She was also incredibly helpful during the whole process from start to finish educating and making excellent suggestions along the way. As first time home buyers we definitely needed that! We highly recommend Ashima and would absolutely use her again if we ever decide to move!

I initially spoke to Ashima on the phone and felt she understood what we were looking for in a house, understood our challenges and was helpful but not pushy. She has been invaluable in recommending contacts for loan financing, builders, inspectors, etc. She is very well connected in the real estate area and very experienced.
