We could never say enough good things about Lydia Foley and her brokerage Purple Finch Properties. Even in a stressful and competitive market, Lydia made the process enjoyable and helped us purchase the home of our dreams! She was reliable, and always there to answer any and all questions we had. Lydia is professional, but she also makes you feel like you have a friend in your corner, enjoying the process with you. She was the perfect balance between being honest about each property, helping us think about our future and lifestyle in each home, while also allowing us to express our own opinions and interests. She goes above and beyond for her clients and we are so appreciative for all her hard work she put in and how incredible she made our first home buying experience for us! I had the best and easiest experience i could have ever asked for. Purple finch took care of everything. Made my tenants feel comfortable and safe during this pandemic. I have hired Lydia and Purple Finch for nearly every real estate deal myself or my family has ever done. Not only is she incredibly thorough, professional, and effective, but she’s an advocate. She does what’s right by the client, even if it isn’t the best outcome for Purple Finch. I’ve never had so much trust in a realtor. Always followed up and answered my questions, always put our interests first, and always checked in to see how we were doing throughout the process.
