I’ve been renting from them since August, I have been late on rent in the past and they did not harass me about it, which was very nice seeing as I could have been threatened to be evicted.nnThey’re quick with getting repairs done. I have a small little room maybe 200 sq ft tops with a 3/4 bath but the rent is so cheap that it’s worth it for a short term fix.nnWould reccomend.

I have been renting for 2 years now. I enjoy renting from them any time I call about a problem no matter how small it is they are always on top of getting it done and fixed. There always kind and if you ever need anything just talk to them. They well work with you. I love the rent options and how they are always there to help you. Thank you ray and linbar staff and family.

Everyone saying anything bad about this establishment is just mad and unprofessional. If you have a problem and talk to Ray about it, he FIXES said problem. I’ve lived here for over a year and any and every problem brought to his attention has been handled immediately and appropriately. These places are cheap to help people, and the people he’s helping turn around and talk badly about him and his buildings. These are great apartments and Ray will help anyone and everyone.

I rented with LinBar Property mngmnt for about 10 years and never had an issue with them.. always got along with all of them.. For one you wouldnt get evicted if you pay your rent ON TIME!!!. You know right from the start, in your lease it tells you that you have to pay your rent ON TIME... If you are even one day late it comes with eviction papers.. so pay your rent ON TIME and you wont get evicted!!!! I would recommend renting from them...

They take advantage of the elderly and sickly, they have no moral concerns for health and well being of there tenants. They spray toxic paint in an Unventilated bathroom where a senior citizen with stage 3 COPD was still in said apartment, and who just recently came home from a month long stay in the Hospital.
