I lived in Lofts 34 for a year with my two kids. The apartments are beautiful, and very chic and that’s what attracted me to live there. However, here were some of the 5 major things I did not like when living there, and why I would never recommend it to anyone:nn1) The apartments barely have any room to put stuff away. Storage is a big necessity when living there which is an additional $85+ per month.nn2) Parking is a nightmare. Especially during the winter when you have to be outside to move your car and also when bringing groceries inside. Unless you want to dish out an additional $200 like I did for a parking space in the garage in addition to paying for your rent, you’ll wish you lived in a house.nn3) The outside maintenance could be way better. It always smells like pee, people aren’t held accountable for leaving dog feces outside.nn4) They have only five guest parking spots for the ENTIRE building. While living there I had multiple guest have their cars towed which cost $250 per car.nn5) When leaving, my apartment carpets were cleaned by professionals. They took over 1,000 from my security deposit because they “Had to replace the carpet in each room” since it didn’t pass a BLACK LIGHT TEST. Yet they couldn’t prove that they were there before I moved in. Who carries around a black light? In my opinion they are getting away with replacing the carpets of each tenant using their security deposit.nnAll in all, I was paying almost $2200 for a two bedroom with a garage. Save yourself the headache and rent a condo or a house.
I currently live here with my boyfriend and we love it! The location, staff members, the view of our apartment it’s just what we wanted! And not to mention my cat Maxime LOVES his big window views out into the snow and river. It’s what I’ve always wanted for him! A nice window view and big room for him to wander around. We moved from Miami and this is the prime location for us. Thank you to all the friendly staff who made the move so welcoming and also made the papers easy for us as well. Sammi was out main gal who did all the paperwork’s for us along with other staffs help along the way:) we’re looking forwArd to the new year in our new home. Thank you :)
I lived here for a year and a half. The staff are excellent, the property is clean and well taken care of and the units are beautiful. Lofts 34 is located in a prime area just minutes away from mines falls park if you're looking to go for a run/bike and seconds away from downtown Nashua.
What a great place to live. Walking distance to local cafe, bars and restaurants, and if your lucky you get the view of the river through a wall of windows. Lofts34 offers a variety of floor plans which I think is invaluable. It was nice to have a choice when deciding whether or not to make this our home. The staff, which truly sets this place apart is an amazing friendly professional team that actually listens to you and looks for ways to make your day, while going above and beyond at times. Anyone not accustomed to apartment living and central mail will face unique challenges at times. The team is very helpful, when it comes to facing these issues. The Amenities, game room, cyber cafe, movie room, function room, and others provide the residents with options to entertain visiting family and friends, as well to enjoy on their own. The location is safe and the security entry gives residents a feeling of sanctuary. We love living here. The residents are like minded, friendly, upwardly professional and courteous which is also a huge plus.
Lofts 34 is the biggest waste of any potential residents’ time. If you like your family and enjoy having friends over to visit you, Lofts 34 is not the place for you. For a facility that houses over 400 tenants, they only grace you and every other wonderful “tenant” 5 guest parking spots to spare.nnEven if you have a friend park in the closest available spot to the unsurprisingly filled guest spots, it will surely be towed in a half hour’s time and you’ll be out $250.nnVery stringent on amenities and the maintenance of them. They do a wonderful job selling the place but it’s kind of like buying a lemon of a used car. You start realizing just how much it’s not really worth it.nnIs really worth living in a place that looks great to outsiders but you struggle to enjoy it yourself? Food for thought.
