I will never ever go there again !!! Went to get my usual highlights I always get and I am not exactly sure what the stylist did but the highlights came out white she tried to fix that which didn't work as now my hair is 3 different colors. I then got charged for a glossing I never asked for and my hair is now severely damaged
Good selection of products and associates are usually helpful when I have a question about a product.
I was told by a friend there was a great stylist here. My hair did come out very nice but it was waaayyyy more expensive than I was thinking it would be. The salon itself was ok. Nothing too fun to look at and the conversation was a bit tough with my stylist, it felt like there wasn't much connection or interest there but she was very good. The woman at the front was very friendly and nice. There were 2 other stylists there, one who was suuuuper loud and chatty. There was supposed to be a coupon for 20% off for new clients but because my stylist that day was a 'master stylist', I wasn't able to have that applied, which was a real bummer and it was a bit rough on my wallet. Not sure I'll go back again.
