got charged $45 when the website says $28. personally never have ran into the problem where i have had to pay for a nail shape ( $5 ) but i did here, shape of my nails where horrid and had to fix them when i got home. they where supposed to be coffin but some where just chunky and not the shape i was looking for, nails also started peeling that same day. after the lady applied the acrylic she went straight in with the color without having me wash my hands
