Stand up group. Know the area well and were patient given the high pressure housing market. Quick to respond and close a deal. If you're buying, it only makes sense to employ them.

DO NOT USE ANYBODY ELSE, Carol and Matt were awesome!! My home buying experience, took place over a 3 year period. Carol and Matt were very patient and answered all my questions.nnIf it hadn't been for Carol finding a listing of my current pad, I never would've scored my place. Both Carol and Matt, also listened and had a great understanding of my preferences. All I can say is that, you won't be sorry if you use Housing Solutions!!!

Carol Robert is very knowledgeable about properties in upper valley and signing her as my buying agent was key in helping me find the right condo in Hanover. She walked me through the house buying procedure and gave me practical information relieving me from second guessing as I negotiated. Overall, a great resource for house buying/selling.
