One of the best Subway subs I've ever had. Customer service was a bit lacking but didn't bother me too much. I would think a hello or at minimum acknowledging a customer has come in would be standard practice especially when empty. Otherwise food was great and ready for my pickup time.
Many people including myself have gotten food poisoning from this specific subway. Staff seems friendly enough, but I’d like to eat lunch without worrying about losing it later.
Ordered 3 subs for my friends and I; and while mine was okay. Theirs was not, one we asked to be toasted and it wasn’t. The other we asked for their to be no Mayo for my friend was allergic to it and go figure they put Mayo on the sub. The person who handed us the sub didn’t say a word; didn’t confirm the order, and didn’t even say, “your welcome”. What kind of service is that?
The food is great! The atmosphere is amazing, but the customer service needs improvement.
