Excellent personable service and they do an exceptional job. We had them take care of some old couches that the cats had spent way too much time on and the result was better than expected with the luster returned, hair gone and the scent devoid of cat. Also had carpets done for one of our kids who was moving out of an apartment and the service was perfect. The time scheduled for our needs, tech showed up on time and did a perfect job. Landlords were very happy with the results and the security deposit needs were fulfilled. Highly recommend ServPro of Lebanon, Hanover and Littleton.

I called Servpro after a pretty intense (water gushing for 20 minutes!) incident at my house. The area had drained, and I ran fans on it for days, but I still worried that there was water damage.nThey were great. Matt sent Ramon out as soon as possible. He conducted moisture readings, which were low - great to know. He also looked at few spots of mold in the basement. Matt followed up and encouraged me to keep an eye on the mold before hiring them to do the work, if even needed in the end. He even gave me the name of a product I could use on it.nIt's great to know there is a company you can trust. They gave great information, and put my mind at ease and did not sell me needless service. I am totally impressed.

I had a toilet overflow on the second floor and leak through the apartment. So far I have gotten help from Ramon and Pedro and they have been great. They take containment very seriously and left the place cleaner then when the started. Ramon has always been happy to offer a full explanation for any questions I have. I will follow up when the service is complete, but so far has been superb.

The estimate was accurate given that it took more than a full day to finish the mitigation. Dylan was very polite and professional, and worked very hard. I don't think we will ever consider having indoor cats with carpet after this experience.
