I had two oriental rugs to be cleaned (one was heavily pet stained). When they were returned they were still visibly dirty, and cost me over $100 more than I was originally quoted ($869). I called and was told they only guarantee removing the odor. I was also told that they would come back to see my concerns but they never returned. Their salesmanship is superb, but the end results are not anything close to what was promised!

They've cleaned two of my most valuable rugs with excellent results, and always service with a smile.
Rugs were beautiful after cleaning - some had bad spots before. Everyone from pick-up/delivery staff to people in office were courteous, competent - I wish we had known about RealClean Rugs before.
