This place is darling but very dated in appearance, which makes it kind of adorable. Brenda was kind, listened well and proceeded with appropriate caution for giving me bangs, which I greatly appreciated. She also assured me that I could return absolutely anytime for a bang trim and that they could simply squeeze me in between other appointments. She told me to never feel the need to fight with my bangs or try to trim them myself. So with that, I left there with them a bit long knowing I would probably go back to trim them just a bit shorter, but wanting to avoid any chance of having to deal with them being TOO short! At that time I would have happily gave them a 5-star review.nnGave my hair 48 hours and two washes and drys to see how it would settle and decided my bangs definitely needed a small trim. Called to see about stopping by that day (Saturday) and was told that I would have to wait until Monday and they had no time for me today. Well, that sounds very different from the first story, right? So I have to go all day Saturday, Sunday and Monday with hair in my eyes, and then leave work early on Monday for a genuinely 2 minute hair trim? Sadly, I'm afraid I'll have to take my business elsewhere. Really disappointing but after what they first promised it just doesn't seem unreasonable to have expected them to be able to make it happen.

I can actually grow my hair long now, because it is being so well taken care of! I've had to wear it short for almost 10 years. I love my hair now.
