We looked at countless homes before finding our perfect fit and Tara was so helpful and patient while encouraging us every step of the way. Tara and Richard Gowen are not only incredible people, but incredible realtors! Tara worked with my husband and I in finding our first home. She was so accessible and would get back to me right away about anything I needed. They made our buying a home so stress free and we had a great journey with them! Here we are two years later and I am still messaging with Tara questions I have about my house I couldn’t find in paperwork, and she got all the information I needed and explained to me! They are the type of people who are with you through it all! I recommend them to everyone!

Richard Gowen is hands down the best realtor I have used (and I have bought and sold multiple properties in various States). I used Richard as a buyer’s agent and although this transaction size was not large and he had many active listings, he gave a level of service as a buyer’s agent as if it was his only closing in a quarter (far from reality as he is a very active agent). He always makes time for you & met with me anytime desired. You can rely on Richard for cogent advice and he is unflappable during negotiations – just the type of partner you want in your corner when buying a property. Strongly Recommend!

We decided to downsize! And, there was no question on who we were going to call. Richard and Tara, both, helped us with all our questions, Selling and buying. This was all new to us, so it was nice having them in our corner.
