I used Woods Bros. in Seward to sell my house and I will tell you Shelly and Kelby Nitz are the best they made selling so easy and pleasant.nI would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Kelby and Shelly Nitz are the very best that Seward has to offer. My spouse and I have started to look into buying a house way back in September. Despite having a few bumps in the road Kelby and Shelly stuck with us and assisted us in the whole process and answered any questions we had and helped us with any concerns we had. They showed us several houses late at night and worked with me with my work schedule and that meant a lot to me. They were easy to get ahold of at almost any time and assured us that the process was just a normal process of buying a house. They made the stress a little better. thank you Kelby and Shelly you truly are the best. I wouldn't have a home if it wasn't for all the help.
