I stayed two nights in this hotel. The room I stayed in wasn’t large enough for the money I payed. Not only that, but the staff were treating my family and others very poorly. They yelled at children for being too loud in the pool and jumping off the edge. Not diving. Jumping. One of the staff members were getting in kids’ faces and threatening them. Claiming they were going to call the police on them. At 11:30 pm three staff members ordered everyone to go to their rooms. We weren’t even aloud in the hallways. A group of my friends and family were standing outside our rooms talking, since we all got separate rooms. Two of the staff ordered us to go to our rooms and go to sleep. We weren’t even being disruptive. No one complained about us. We all decided to go to our rooms and listen. One of the staff members came up to our room and yelled at us for being in the hallway. Later that evening a few of us were standing by our window, looking out the window. One of the staff members glared at us from below and gestured for us to close the curtains. So... we aren’t aloud to jump in a pool, we’re not aloud to stand in a hallway, and looking out the curtains in MY hotel room that I payed for is against the rules? The food was the only plus to this stay. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Check in was really busy and only two staff. Internet didn't work for me. The key card did not work the first time and had to wait in line to get another one. The room was outstanding and the conference rooms were very nice and clean,

This place needs updating. Doors not working. Doors not shutting. I could see light and feel cold air blowing in.. Outside doors don't work. Staff nice, place clean,breakfast ok, good coffee. Just really needs fixing up. Also rooms very small.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my life. No jumping in pool. People were getting kicked out the pool for being to loud. At 11 we had to leave the pool and get to our rooms. We had to stay in our rooms and couldn’t even look out the window. We had to crawl so they couldn’t see us to go get ice. Breakfast was good but there were only a couple options. Rooms were tiny. Rooms were nasty. Doors don’t work. Not friendly staff. Staff scream in your face. I recommend not staying at this hotel.
