Absolutely worst experience ever! Was told one time and when called to confirm was told maybe because I wasn't a big enough customer. Would not recommend to anyone based off of that experience alone

We thought our water heater was going out, so we called right away on a Monday morning to have someone come out and check. A very polite and courteous young man was here within the hour and yes, we needed to replace it. He ordered one and it was delivered (the other men not coming in because of COVID-19--very thoughtful!) and installed! All done within two hours!! We were very pleased and will use them again with any plumbing needs!! Great job!nJim and Charlene Simpson
