Had a few plumbing issues at my house- leak in a pipe and hot water valve issue. Wellesley Plumbing was fantastic- quick turnaround and good value. Highly recommend!

Avoid this provider. They treat their customers badly once they get your money. Avoid especially if you need important big ticket items done such as a heating system install etc.nnAfter paying the Wellesley Plumbing and Heating 14k for the new heating system installation, I accidentally realized the HEATING SYSTEM INSTALL WAS DONE WITHOUT FILING ANY PERMITS as required by the Massachusetts law.nnI called them 6 times to get the proper permits filed over the course of the ensuing two months and conduct the required inspection by the town--but got only empty promises from the Wellesley Plumbing and Heating.nnNo permits filed for 5 months after the install even though the permit filing is an online process in our town and doesn't even require them to get out of their office chair!nnIn the end the town inspectors had to contact the Wellesley Plumbing and Heating and demand that they file permits--which they did only after the town has stepped in.nnI would recommend avoiding this provider especially for large ticket items. They are happy to take your money but will treat customers badly once they got paid.

I was delighted by the responsiveness, professionalism, quality and excellent service provided by the team at Wellesley Plumbing & Heating. We had an urgent need during an extreme cold snap to replace an old furnace located in a difficult space in a small apartment. They sent someone to look at the furnace the same day we called, the team then quickly assessed the situation, and was on site within a few days replacing the furnace and also repairing some problems with the hot water heater that they noticed while working on the furnace. I was particularly impressed at the responsiveness of Matt Lynch, who coordinated the work, answered questions and kept me informed on the status of the work by phone and email every day. I highly recommend Wellesley Plumbing & Heating.

We always call Wellesley Plumbing for our emergency situations and they are quick to respond and resolve the issue. In January our 20+ year old boiler (which Wellesley Plumbing had fixed over and over again) finally died. I reached out to multiple companies for quotes assuming that Wellesley Plumbing would have the typical Wellesley mark up. They came to give a quote and brought space heaters. Then they explained my options clearly and in layman’s terms. When they submitted their quote it was the least expensive and they were able to replace the boiler within 2 days. I was so pleased and surprised. Bob, Matt and Brian are fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wellesley Plumbing.
