My my, this is one burger joint you’ll want to hit! Five Guys creates amazing food, there burgers and fries tasting absolutely heavenly compared to other restaurants. The staff is friendly and the service is quick! The prices are right, and that’s all I have to say about this great little burger place.

Ok here are the reasons I have rated 2 stars. While waiting for my order I witnessed the following. Some employees (not all of them) touching multiple surfaces including opening doors with their hands, pulling their pants or scratching themselves up, fixing their hair net and hair and then handling food without swapping to a clean pair of gloves. Now reason I give 2 stars and not one is because there was on employee that did swap gloves after each of her interactions.nnAlso the fries were not cooked well and they were extremely salty. I actually love and enjoy salty food, but this was to the point that I couldn't enjoy the food at all.

I walked in to this location (Natick, MA) today with my grandfather, and we both were greeted by smiling faces, and very enthusiastic employees. I ordered a regular cheeseburger (double patty), and ended up receiving a single patty cheeseburger. When I brought it to the employees, they were extremely kind, and gave me a new cheeseburger for free, and allowed me to keep the original. Exceptional service that defines professionalism. My next trip to the Boston area will definitely include a trip to this Five Guys location!

I celebrated my nomination today in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that it was a tremendous evening and the venue was indeed the reason for that fruitful celebration. The crew helped in a splendid manner, the cuisine was very good and my buddies were so delighted. We shall definitely come back again for more celebrations. thanks very much.

I was in a Five Guys Restaurant the other day and the poor kid at the register was new and was having some trouble placing my order with four employees behind him, you think someone would come help him. Noooo. I don't know if there is always some sort of management on there if there is you would never know it.There always seem to be issues when you go in there
