I live in Natick I've been there a few times in the past, however I Went the other day for a quick To-Go sandwich. During the heat of the COVID-19 virus, NO ONE preparing or serving food was wearing a mask. They were also touching food and money without changing gloves. I will not be back. You should have more consideration for the health and safety of your customers.nAfter the owners response I should add the workers were wearing masks HOWEVER they were not on Thier faces!!! They were around the workers necks, not covering ANY OF THE MOUTH or NOSE. This is NOT a false accusation! Why would someone who is a longtime member of the community make something like that up???? Doesn't make sense. This is a fact! I saw what I saw.
Best subs around! The employees are great but some of the customers are snobs.
