Looks so different inside. Haven't been for years and really like the water and tree decor. No longer smoking is allowed which would have been better for what a casino is known for. As a smoker I do have to say it was nice being inside without the clouds of smoke hitting your face.
Nice rooms. We had a good time for our anniversary and had a free room plus $5 cash and 10 off food.nHere it is a year later & I am revamping my review a bit. My partners rewards are WAY more than mine even tho we play the same amount & I don't understand how they figure it up. I get 4 times the rewards at Dakota Magic and I've only been there approx. 5 times. Payouts seem less in 2019.nBacon cheeseburger is GREAT.
Made money but service lacks at smoke.
We have been coming there for about 12 years or more. We have done big bus trips , limo trips with many people and believe especially at this time in supporting the business. We also will recommend to many to do the same. We will not be going back here. For the last 6 years they have singled out a person in our party and embarrassed them every time by cutting them off in the bar. Now we would totally support this if there were reasons to do so. No one was being obnoxious or in anyway in harm of themself or others. We were just sitting and having a conversation. There were many people that were acting more intoxicated then this person. We even joked about it coming down because it’s happened every time we go. This time it was at 830 pm and she did nothing to deserve it, we tried to talk to management and find out why this keeps happening and they only backed their decision. Like I said if they deserved it we would be the first to say it. We have done a lot of business there and have recommended a lot of business there but not any more. To many times .n.
They now have a smoking section in the Casino, I'm a smoker that's why I gave them a 2 star rating. I'm convinced that the machines aren't paying out the way they should be. They have been fined before, more than once. I know they are saving money by turning them down & paying the fine. The gambling board needs to increase the fine or something or they will continue doing this. They don't have enough beverage servers on the floor because they don't have a self serve station for the customers. All the menu items that I have tried at the Smoke Restaurant is delicious & the size of the portions are good, the prices are reasonable.
