Why is this location always closed so early and on google and Taco Bell’s website it says open till 3:30 am??

Not worth the trouble. The food is always either cold or not cooked right. This Taco Bell in particular seems to be the only one unable to use their own app. If you place a pick up order and they’re out of something, the only option they’ll give you is to cancel the entire order or to accept substitute items of lesser value with no refund.nnTonight, I place a mobile order with an 11pm pick up. I got there at 10:45, made it to the speaker at 11, and was told they were closed at 11:05. Despite all the signs saying open until midnight. When I told them I’d placed a mobile order and had already paid they told me I’d have to go through the app to cancel it because for some reason they couldn’t do it right there despite offering to do it when they were out of food last time I was there.nnDon’t go here. It’s not worth the stress. Go down an extra exit and go to the rawsonville one. The food is still just as bad but at least it’s reliable.

Much better service now. Pretty much same experience with most drive thru. Understandable since the pandemic hit. All the best in 2021.

This place has reached rock bottom. They are often out of critical items like beef, tortillas, basic things. They often have problems with their systems causing early closes or no ability to take morning orders. The time to get through the drive through is interminably wrong ( think 30 mins+). You can bet more often than not that your order will be incorrect.nnLong story short. This used to be a good location but has turned into a terrible place to go. As a regular to this location, I will no longer give them my business for the foreseeable future.

I was hungry and tired just wanted a quick bite to eat. Hand writing Sign on drive through speaker closing at 8 pm???? This location has done this numerous times one time no note traffic backed up into the road same with other Belleville location....sad..
