The tech Eric showed up on time. He shared some concerns about wood flooring getting scratched from equipment and gave me final pricing on carpet and tile cleaning. I sent him away at first because we did not want our wood floors to get scratched. I called the owner (Parker) and told him of our concerns and he assured me that floors would not be scratched and he would come back personally and lay out moving mats to protect our floors. So he showed up 20 minutes later with the tech (Eric) and laid out the mats everywhere, gave me a final price for everything and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving it to the tech. Eric did a great job cleaning the carpet and got most (not all) of the stains out. He did and awesome job on the grout! He did the grout in the kitchen, half bath and hallway. Turned out great! Very satisfied! Thank you Parker for your excellent Customer Service! Thank you Eric for doing a great job on our carpet and tile. Definitely will call DRC again for future cleaning.

Awesome work on my carpets and floors. Highly recommend them. Very professional as well. Earned my business for sure. Oh yeah doing my windows, and power washing my home :)

I was very happy with DRC. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. The person that came out to clean our carpet was very punctual. He did a great job. There was also a follow up call to make sure I was satisfied. I will definitely use the service in the future. I highly recommend DRC

DRC just cleaned the carpets in my living room, bedrooms & home office. Their staff is reliable & professional. Prices are very affordable.nnI’m amazed at the difference this made! I now have 2 area rugs out with them for cleaning.nMy next appointment with them will be for window cleaning!nnI will always go DRC first for any cleaning job!
