We hired this company for water damage in our kitchen. Cleanup and approx. 40 bamboo planks were replaced (@$1,300 for the total job). Day 1: Cleanup crew came, they ripped up old wood and cleaned up moisture. Later that evening, I noticed several damaged planks that still remained. Day 2: when the replacement guy(Scott) came, we advised him of the additional warped planks that also needed to be replaced. He(Scott) assured us that he would look at the area. Scott FINISHED the project and called us to look at it, the warped planks were still there. I called ServPro first thing monday morning, as this was on Friday after business and the project had already been improperly COMPLETED. I explained everything to Adam who told me he would get someone back out... we've been dealing with this for several months, still no resolve. Servpro was paid without issue but, service was poor. IF YOU USE THESE PEOPLE, PLEASE USE A CREDIT CARD(NO CHECK) CAUSE YOU MIGHT NEED TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE FOR FAILURE TO DELIVER. SHAME ON YOU SERPRO CANTON/BELLVILLE. YOU WERE PAID, NOW YOU WON'T PROPERLY FIX WHAT WE PAID YOU TO FIX. ON TOP OF THAT, $1,300 FOR 40 REPLACEMENT PLANKS, IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN NEAR PERFECTION, WOW! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! NO INTEGRITY!

Had to call the company 3 times, every time told I’d get a call back. The supervisor who called me back (finally) then told me he didn’t have a schedule near him so he’d call the next morning. He never did. I called them again and told them what happened. They said he’s busy. HE picked the time to call me, and then didn’t. The only saving grace for this company is the people who work the phones. All were polite and professional, hence 2 stars instead of 1. The people who are supposed to actually come to your house, well, good luck with that. I wouldn’t waste your time, especially in emergent situations (flooded basement with electronics and mold). Super disappointed.

Water damage in kithen that ran down to the basement. Servpro prefessionals came out immediately and dried everything. The crew doing the renovation did excellent work and were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them - we are so pleased with the results.

Pipe in kitchen broke while we were out of town. ServPro’s team took care of everything. Cabinets, flooring and drywall all had to be replaced. Very easy to work with!
