Very helpful staff, good quality service.nI took in an expensive evening dress with wine stain on the front. I could not believe it, but the stain was gone. I love their Specials. For the month of April, all draperies were 20% off.nThe location is convenient, the staff is wonderful, and the quality of service is the best.

They broke several buttons on my husband's expensive dress shirt. Replacing these buttons would make the shirt look weird with different types of buttons all over the place, and it is an expensive shirt. They offered only to replace these broken buttons, and wouldn't reimburse me for the cost of new buttons that I would replace myself. Very disappointed in their service. The manager will only speak to you at certain times and on very specific days, and will not go out of her way to speak to you in any way.
You know it's one thing that they told my boyfriend they would call me when it was ready.I called them a MONTH later and they tell me they never said they would call us and the garnet was not ready and that they still had to send it away.They called me three months later to tell me it would be $50!!!!!Picked up the garment and it was even dirtier than when I took it in!!!Never again!
