I've driven by the Pump House for years but only thought to visit the Museum recently when I had out of town guests and it was a cloudy day at the beach. What a great little museum. If you are interested in the history of Ottawa Beach and the surrounding area, stop by! The volunteer staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they have some interesting exhibits and archival material on display. I found easy parking along the road out front.
A great place to visit and sight see. The historic district offers walking trails and very nice scenic views of the lake. Parking can be tricky so get started early.
